Vaginal pH Bundle

The Vaginal pH Bundle consists of three products. Please find the directions for each product below:

• Good Girl Probiotics®:  Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal. You can take Good Girl Probiotics® at a time of day that works best for you. Consistency is key; results therefore may take 4-8 weeks of daily use, and can vary person-to-person. 
• The Killer®: This is a vaginal suppository — not a pill you take by mouth. Wash your hands well to gently insert a capsule with your fingers into your vagina. It should be inserted a comfortable amount, which should be far enough that it won't have the chance to slip out. How long you use The Killer depends on your body and your needs. You can use this for as little as 1-3 days or for as long as 7-14 days (an entire box). You may see results in as little as one day or up to five days. 
• pH Balancing Cleanser™: Using clean hands, apply pH Balancing Cleanser to the vulva in the shower or bath. Gently work into a lather and rinse clean. Do not use a bath loofah, sponge, or towel as these may be harsh and rough on the vulva.

• Good Girl Probiotics®: Dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan
• The Killer®: Dairy-free, gluten-free, but not vegan
• pH Balancing Cleanser™: Dairy-free, gluten-free, but not vegan

• We recommend checking-in with your doctor to see if Good Girl Probiotics® and pH Balancing Cleanser™ are okay for you to take and use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
• The Killer® is NOT approved for use during pregnancy.

Good Girl Probiotics® is shelf-stable and won’t require refrigeration. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place that isn't affected by sunlight, humidity, or constant temperature changes. We don’t recommend storing in the bathroom, as humidity levels from showers and baths could cause clumping within the capsule.
