How To Use

  • Good Girl Probiotics®: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen. Keep bottle tightly closed.
  • Flora Power®: With clean hands, insert 1 suppository into your vagina at bedtime daily as needed or for up to 5 days.
  • pH Balanced Cleanser™: Apply a dime-sized amount to wet skin in the shower or bath, then gently work into a lather and rinse clean. Do not use a bath loofah, sponge, or towel, as these may be harsh on the vulva.

And our pH Balanced Cleanser™ is an OB/GYN-developed cleanser that gently cleans the vulva (the external genitalia) and helps support healthy intimate skin.

While you may not need to use every product daily, you’ll see the best, fastest, and longest-lasting results with consistent use of all three products in the Vaginal pH Bundle.

For the best results, we recommend:

  • Good Girl Probiotics®: 1 capsule every day, with a meal, at any time of day.
  • Flora Power®: This is a vaginal suppository and should not be taken by mouth. Use 1 suppository every 24 hours, for as little as one day or up to 5 days.
  • pH Balanced Cleanser™: Our pH Balanced Cleanser™ is an OB/GYN-developed cleanser that gently cleans the vulva (the external genitalia) and is intended to help support healthy intimate skin.

Remember: Since everybody is unique, and there are variables to consider (genetics, diet, exercise, etc) everyone will respond slightly differently to using the Vaginal Odor Bundle. It can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks before you see lasting results.
