How To Use
- With clean hands, insert one suppository into your vagina at bedtime. Can be used once a week, or up to once a day for five days when you feel you need it for maintenance.
- Expect some discharge throughout the night (we like wearing a thin pad to protect our undies), but understand this is normal.
- You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse.

Bad, odor-causing bacteria can cause and thrive in an imbalanced microbiome. Through the use of lactobacilli probiotics and Vitamin C, Flora Power® works to support your vaginal microbiome and pH levels for balanced bacteria and a fresh, healthy odor.
Flora Power® is a vaginal suppository —not a pill you take by mouth. We know it looks similar, but this will be inserted vaginally.
To use: With clean hands, use your fingers to gently insert Flora Power® into your vagina. It should be inserted as you would a tampon; far enough that it won’t have the chance to slip out, and deep enough that you are comfortable and cannot feel it. There is no need to alter the capsule in any way. Just pop it in — that’s it! Within a few hours, the capsule will start to dissolve and get to work.
Discharge is expected (and normal!) during and after use of a vaginal suppository, so we recommend wearing a panty liner to help keep you feeling comfortable.
We recommend inserting the suppository just before bed so your body is at rest and can fully absorb Flora Power®. Flora Power® may be the most effective for supporting bacteria balance if used after your period ends.
You can use Flora Power® for as little as 1 day or for up to 5 consecutive days to support normal vaginal bacteria levels. We recommend waiting at least 5 days between uses. Please only use one suppository every 24-hour period.

To use both The Killer® and Flora Power®, we recommend first using The Killer® for 1 to 14 days. Then a few days, after completing use of The Killer®️, you can use Flora Power® for 1 to 5 days as needed to help support healthy vaginal pH balance.
No— Flora Power® is a vaginal suppository and is meant to be inserted into the vagina only. Do not take Flora Power® orally nor insert it into any other part of your body.
Flora Power® is not vegan, but it is both gluten free and dairy free.
We recommend waiting to use Flora Power® until after your period so it’s the most effective.
We recommend waiting at least 1-2 days after finishing use of Flora Power® to have sex again in order for Flora Power® to be the most effective.
