How To Use
- Use once every 2 - 3 nights as needed, to support comfortable vaginal moisture.
- With clean hands, insert one suppository into your vagina at bedtime.
- Expect some discharge throughout the night (we like wearing a thin pad to protect our undies), but understand this is normal.
- You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse.
- It is not recommended to use directly before sex as oils could potentially interfere with latex condoms.
- Product Storage Suggestion: Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate. Product may soften during shipping. If needed, place carton with the tapered top of the ovule pointed upward in refrigerator for 1 hour upon arrival.

Women often experience vaginal dryness starting their mid to late 40s as they enter perimenopause. This is fairly common and it occurs due to a natural age-related drop in their estrogen production. However, some younger women could also experience it towards the end of their menstrual cycle, right before menstruation begins. This is also due to the drop in hormones that typically occurs just before your period starts.

How do I use Comfy Suppository™?
Comfy Suppository™ is a vaginal suppository — not a pill you take by mouth.
To use: With clean hands, use your fingers to gently insert Comfy Suppository™ into your vagina. It should be inserted as you would a tampon; far enough that it won’t have the chance to slip out, and deep enough that you are comfortable and cannot feel it. There is no need to alter the capsule in any way. Just pop it in — that’s it! Within a few hours, the capsule will start to dissolve and get to work.
Discharge is expected (and normal!) during and after use of a vaginal suppository, so we recommend wearing a panty liner to help keep you feeling comfortable.
