- Good to Glow™: Take two capsules daily. You can take Good to Glow™ at a time of day that works best for you and your regimen.
- Healthy Hair Probiotics®: Take one capsule daily. You can take Healthy Hair Probiotics® with food though it’s not necessary. If you’re new to probiotics or if you have a sensitive stomach, it can be helpful to take with food for a more gentle approach to your gut.
Can I take this if I’m already taking biotin or collagen?
Depending on your current dosage and preference, you can take Good to Glow™ with other biotin or collagen supplements. If you have any concerns regarding intake levels, we recommend checking in with your doctor to make sure the ingredients make sense for you.
How quickly does Good to Glow™ and Healthy Hair Probiotics® work?
How quickly Good to Glow™ works depends on everyone's unique body, health, genetics, diet, etc., therefore everyone will respond slightly differently to Good to Glow™. It can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks before you see lasting results. Results may take 4-8 weeks of daily use and can vary person-to-person. Consistency is key with Healthy Hair Probiotics®.
