  • We recommend checking-in with your doctor to see if Good Girl Probiotics® and pH Balanced Cleanser™ are okay for you to take and use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • The Killer® is NOT approved for use during pregnancy.

Good Girl Probiotics® is shelf-stable and won’t require refrigeration. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place that isn't affected by sunlight, humidity, or constant temperature changes. We don’t recommend storing in the bathroom, as humidity levels from showers and baths could cause clumping within the capsule.

Given that everyone is different and unique to their health, we recommend checking in with your doctor to make sure there are no interfering or contradicting ingredients between your birth control and The Killer®.

We recommend waiting at least 24-48 hours after using The Killer® before having sex.

We don’t believe ingredients like fragrance, parabens, sulfates, and surfactants like SLS, SLES, and PEG belong in women’s vaginal care products. Because of our belief, we make our pH Balanced Cleanser™ without any of these ingredients. Some other personal care cleaners, bar soaps, body washes and more may contain these ingredients.

The pH of our cleanser is 4.2. A healthy vaginal pH can range anywhere between 3.8 - 4.5, as it's unique to each person.
