Using clean hands, apply pH Balanced Cleanser™ to the vulva in the shower or bath. Gently work into a lather and rinse clean. Do not use a bath loofah, sponge, or towel, as these may be harsh on the vulva.

Because of our belief, we make our pH Balanced Cleanser™ without any of these ingredients. Some other personal care cleaners, bar soaps, body washes and more may contain these ingredients.

To use, simply spray thoroughly onto your vulva and perineum (external skin only, never internally). Let it air dry for a moment  — no rinsing necessary! It dries quickly without leaving any odor or residue. We like to keep ours right next to our toilet and use it after each trip to the bathroom! When your formula runs low in the bottle, keep your pump pointed upwards and sit down with a knee raised on toilet, bed, or chair and spray.
