    How does a Love Wellness subscription work?

    It’s super simple -- just set it and forget it! You can start a subscription with any Love Wellness product your heart desires. It’s up to you to decide how often your subscription delivers, and you can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Oh, and did we mention that subscription orders come at a discounted price? Niiiiiice.


    How do I start a subscription?

    Just select the ‘Subscribe & Save’ option when adding any product to your cart, choose your renewal preferences, and head to check out -- that’s it! You’ll need to have an account to start a subscription, which you can create here if you don’t have one already!

    Not ready to commit long term? All good, you can change or cancel your subscription any time, just log in to your account to manage!

    What products are eligible?

    ALL OF EM, BABY! You heard that right -- our full product line can come to you via subscription. #winning


    Will I get 'Free Shipping for the Holiday Season' on my subscription orders?

    No, unfortunately not. Subscriptions already come at a discounted price, and we're unable to stack offers & discounts -- sorry about that!

    What are my renewal date options?

    Right now you can renew every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months -- totally up to you! Prefer a timeline we don’t offer? Let us know!


    Can I skip an order? How about two or three orders?

    Totally! We know life can get busy, and sometimes you need to hit the pause button.

    Just log in, and click ‘Manage Subscription’. From there, click ‘Manage’ and then ‘Upcoming Orders’ and skip whatever order you need to.

    PS - You must skip an order at least 24 hours before your renewal date in order to ensure it will be completely skipped and won’t ship.


    Can I cancel my subscription?

    We’d hate to see you go, but yes, you can cancel your subscription, any time, any place. 

    Just log in, click ‘Manage Subscription’. Then, click ‘Manage’, and select ‘Cancel Order’ at the bottom. We’ll miss you!

    PS - We’ll need at least 24 hours before your renewal date to cancel your order, so mark your calendar! If you forget to cancel in time, drop us a line for some help. 


    Instead of cancelling, can I just update my subscription?

    Now that’s more like it!

    Just log in here. Next, click on ‘Manage Subscription’ and take it away -- you’re the captain of this ship!


    What exactly can I manage in my subscription anyway?

    Just about everything!

    • View & update your form of payment
    • Update your billing and shipping addresses
    • Need your order quicker? Update your shipping preference
    • Check on, edit, and skip upcoming orders
    • View past orders
    • Want more? Increase quantity, add a new product, or swap out an old one!
    • Cancel your subscription...but we doubt you’ll want to do that. ;)


    Wait! I can't login - it says I don’t have an account!?

    Don’t stress! It’s likely you just didn’t finish activating your account. Just reach out and we’ll hook it up.


    I forgot to cancel my order this month - help!

    No worries -- we can help with that, just let us know! We can try to cancel your order, or skip over future orders to give you time to work through all of your products. 


    My discount code won't work - what gives?

    As subscription orders are already discounted, we can’t stack any additional discounts -- sorry about that!
