    SUBSCRIPTIONS


    Subscribing is the best way to shop Love Wellness - subscription orders always come at a discount and ship for free within the US.

    Starting a subscription is super simple - choose the products you need, how often you want them (most people choose delivery every 1 month), and that's it! Your subscription will auto-deliver on your schedule, and you can change or swap your products, update your address, or cancel at any time.

    We have two ways to start a subscription, but first you’ll want to create an account so you can manage your subscription. If you don’t have one, you can make one here.

    Next, you can either:

    Browse the site for the product you want, choose the discounted Subscribe & Save option, select your shipping frequency (every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months) and add to cart. You'll place an order AND start your subscription upon checking out.

    OR

    Build an entire subscription box with our Build-a-Box option - choose multiple products or kits at once to add to cart - that’s it! You'll place an order AND start your subscription upon checking out and placing your order.

    Almost all of our products are eligible for subscription, except our Love Wellness swag & accessories and XOmegas.

    You can set your subscription to renew every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months. You subscription renews based on the date you start your subscription, and your order will ship out shortly afterwards!

    We offer free ground shipping for subscriptions shipping within the US. We offer standard ground shipping within Canada for a $35 shipping fee that covers duties.

    Your subscription will automatically renew based on the date you started your subscription and your delivery frequency. We'll remind you via email 3 days and 1 day before your order is set to process so you're aware and can make any changes if necessary.

    PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including changing products, updating your address, skipping the order, or cancelling, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have renewed and processed.

    Promo codes are not applicable to subscription orders, since these are already at a discounted price.

    HOW TO MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION


    Oops - sounds like you need to finalize your account.

    To fix this, just create an account here, using the same email you used to place your order, and you’ll be connected to your existing subscription!

    To skip delivery of a product or order:

    1. Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. From the top blue navigation bar, click DELIVERY SCHEDULE
    3. Click SKIP next to each product you’d like to skip for the month

    - To undo any skipped products, just click UNSKIP next to each product
    - To change your delivery date for future orders (like changing delivery from the 5th to the 16th) click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION next to each product to update your next order date

    PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including skipping or cancelling, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have been processed.

    To add a product to your existing subscription:

    1. Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. Click the ADD PRODUCT button in the top right
    3. Choose your new product and select its delivery schedule and when you’d like it to ship. You can also choose to add a product to your next order only by choosing "one-time purchase.

    PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including adding a product, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have been processed.

    Our team can help out with this – just reach out and let us know how often you’d like your products to renew and which date you’d like them to renew next, and we’ll get this sorted for you.

    PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including combing products to ship together, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have been processed.

    We're unable to edit or cancel a subscription order once it has renewed and processed. If you had an order processed that you weren’t ready for, please reach out to us - we can help out with skipping upcoming orders, moving out future order dates, starting a return, or cancelling your subscription if needed.

    To make sure you aren't charged for orders you aren't ready for, we’ll always send an email 3 days and 1 day before your renewal date to give you plenty of time to make changes to your subscription if needed.

    Remember - any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date, at the latest, and your subscription portal will always reflect your most up to date information.


    To change your order date:

    1. Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. Next to the item you wish to edit, click on EDIT
    3. Click on NEXT CHARGE DATE and choose your preferred date. If you want your order to renew ASAP, choose the next business day. This will edit the date for all of the items that are in the same shipment. If you have any items in a different shipment, repeat this process if you wish to change the renewal date for those as well.

    Please note that we cannot update renewal dates to process same day. If you wish to place your order asap, please choose the following day as your renewal date.

    To redeem your Love Club rewards points:

    1. Log in. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. Under "My Points" click REDEEM NOW
    3. Click GET DISCOUNT to redeem points for a specific discount & copy the provided code
    4. Head back to your account page and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS
    5. Click EDIT next an upcoming product
    6. Click ADD A DISCOUNT and enter/paste your discount code

    Your savings are automatically applied to all products that are on this next subscription order!

    Please note that only one discount is applicable per subscription order

    To cancel your subscription:

    1) Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2) Once you're logged in, click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS
    3) Next to the item you wish to cancel, click on EDIT
    4) Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION at the bottom, left hand side of the screen. Repeat this process if you need to cancel more than one item.

    PLEASE NOTE - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Cancelling a subscription after your order has renewed will NOT cancel any orders in progress.
