    Subscribing is the best way to shop Love Wellness - subscription orders always come at a discounted price and are eligible for free ground shipping on orders over $35 shipping within the US!

    Starting a subscription is super simple - choose the products you need, how often you want them (most people choose delivery every 1 month), and that's it! Your subscription will auto-deliver on your schedule, and you can change or swap your products, update your address, or cancel at any time.

    We have two ways to start a subscription, but first you’ll want to create an account so you can manage your subscription. If you don’t have one, you can make one here.

    Next, you can either:

    Browse the site for the product you want, choose the discounted Subscribe & Save option, select your shipping frequency (every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months) and add to cart. You'll place an order AND start your subscription upon checking out.

    OR

    Build an entire subscription box with our Build-a-Box option - choose multiple products or kits at once to add to cart - that’s it! You'll place an order AND start your subscription upon checking out and placing your order.

    Almost all of our products are eligible for subscription, except our Love Wellness swag & accessories.

    You can set your subscription to renew every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months. Your subscription renews based on the date you start your subscription, and your order will ship out shortly afterwards!

    We offer free ground shipping for subscription order over $35 shipping within the US. We offer standard ground shipping within Canada for a $35 shipping fee that covers duties.

    Your subscription will automatically renew based on the date you started your subscription and your delivery frequency. We'll remind you via email 3 days and 1 day before your order is set to process so you're aware and can make any changes if necessary.

    To check your next order date, log in here and head to My Subscriptions to see your next charge and order date.

    PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including changing products, updating your address, skipping the order, or cancelling, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have renewed and processed.

    Free shipping applies to US subscription orders over $35 (before taxes). If your order’s subtotal falls below $35, a shipping fee will be applied to every order.

    Here are a few insider tips to earn free shipping on your subscription!

  • Update your subscription so you receive multiple bottles at once every 2-4 months.
    Example: if you’re subscribed to one monthly bottle of Good Girl Probiotics, update your subscription to reflect 3 bottles of Good Girl Probiotics every 3 months!

  • Combine your existing subscriptions! If you have multiple subscriptions in a month, combine your subscriptions so they ship on the same day and meet the $35 minimum. Just click Change Item Date next to a product to update. Any products with the same shipping date, shipping address, and billing information will automatically ship together.

  • Add new items to your subscription order to reach a subtotal of at least $35. You can add new products as a one-time purchase or add new subscriptions to your existing subscription! Just log in to your account, and shop! By being logged in, you'll see the option to add items to your subscription when shopping.

  • Promo codes are not applicable to subscription orders, since these are already at a discounted price.

    However, you can apply your Love Club Points to your subscription for up to $20 off of a subscription order!

    HOW TO MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION


    To log in, create an account HERE!

    If you’ve shopped with us before but haven’t created an account yet, simply use the same email when creating your account to see your existing orders and subscriptions (if any!).

    Please note that starting a subscription does not automatically create a customer account. You’ll still need to create an account as a separate step in order to manage your subscription!

    If your email is not recognized when logging in, it’s possible that you either have not created your account or you never finished activating your account. No worries — simply create your account again to get logged in!

    To skip delivery of an upcoming subscription order:

    1. Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. Under UPCOMING ORDERS, click on SKIP ORDER
    3. Confirm that you would like to skip your upcoming order.

    PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including skipping or cancelling, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have been processed.

    To add a product to your existing subscription:

    1. Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. Under your next upcoming order, locate NEED ANYTHING ELSE? and click on SHOP NOW
    3. Select the product you’d like to add
    4. Click on ADD TO NEXT ORDER
    5. Select whether you’d like to add the item as a one-time purchase at full price or subscribe for discounted price
    6. Finish by clicking ADD TO ORDER

    PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including adding a product, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have been processed.

    We're unable to edit or cancel a subscription order once it has renewed and processed. If you had an order processed that you weren’t ready for, please reach out to us - we can help out with skipping upcoming orders, moving out future order dates, starting a return, or cancelling your subscription if needed.

    To make sure you aren't charged for orders you aren't ready for, we’ll always send an email 3 days and 1 day before your renewal date to give you plenty of time to make changes to your subscription if needed.

    Remember - any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date, at the latest, and your subscription portal will always reflect your most up to date information.


    To change your order date for the next subscription order:

    1. Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. Under UPCOMING ORDERS, click on CHANGE RENEWAL DATE
    3. Select the new date you’d like your order to process
    4. Click on SAVE DATE


    To change the order date on a single item:

    1. Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. Under UPCOMING ORDERS, find the item you’d like to edit
    3. Click on CHANGE ITEM DATE
    3. Select the new date you’d like your order to process
    4. Click on SAVE DATE

    Remember - any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your original renewal date, at the latest. Your subscription portal will always reflect your most up to date information.

    You'll be able to apply your Love Club rewards points directly during checkout under your Order Summary! Just make sure you're logged in first to see your points at checkout.

    Psst: If you’ve shopped with us before, your details may auto-populate, even if you aren’t logged in. If you don’t see your points, you're likely not logged in and can do so here.

    Please note: this outlines how to apply points to a new subscription if you have Love Club Points available; if you’re looking to apply points to a subscription you already have, please see the following FAQ.

    Reminder: only one discount is allowed per order. You will not be able to apply another discount in addition to your Rewards Points

    You can apply your Love Club rewards points to a future subscription order from your customer account page! To do so:

    1. Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. Click on MY REWARDS
    3. Click on REDEEM under the eligible discount you’d like to apply
    4. Confirm you want to redeem points for a discount

    Your discount has now been applied to your next subscription order! After your next order processes, you can redeem points again for future orders.

    Please note: this outlines how to apply points to an existing subscription; if you’re looking to apply points to a new subscription, please see the above FAQ.

    Reminder: only one discount is allowed per order. You will not be able to apply another discount in addition to your Rewards Points

    To update your address for future subscription orders:

    1. Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. Under UPCOMING ORDER, locate Shipping Address, and click on CHANGE SHIPPING
    3. Use the dropdown menu to select an existing address or click on ADD NEW ADDRESS
    4. For a new address, enter your new shipping address details
    5. Check USE FOR ALL SHIPMENTS if you’d like this address to apply to all future orders
    6. Click on SAVE

    PLEASE NOTE - Edits to your shipping address must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

    Love Wellness is not responsible for lost or missing shipments if your subscription address was not updated in time. Please contact us immediately if your order processed with the former/old shipping address. We cannot guarantee a change in address after a subscription order has renewed, but will do our best to accommodate your request.

    To change update your billing information:

    1. Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. Under UPCOMING ORDER, locate Payment Details, and click on CHANGE BILLING
    3. Click on SEND EMAIL to receive an email with a unique link to update your billing information

    Please check your spam or trash folder in case our email gets lost in the mix!

    PLEASE NOTE - Edits to your billing information (including new payment) must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. We’re unable to switch payment methods on an order that’s already processed.

    To combine your subscriptions into one shipment, simply make sure your items share the same shipping address, payment method, and renewal date. Any items renewing on the same day with the same shipping address and payment information will automatically process and ship together!

    Please note: in an effort to minimize waste, any items renewing within 11 days of each other with the same shipping address and payment information will automatically be combined to process and ship out together.

    To cancel your subscription:

    1. Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
    2. Under UPCOMING ORDER, locate the product you’d like to cancel, and click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
    3. Select the reason for cancelling and click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION to confirm

    Repeat this process if you need to cancel more than one item.

    PLEASE NOTE - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Cancelling a subscription after your order has renewed will NOT cancel any orders in progress.
