Yes, they are! We make an effort to maximize natural and organic ingredient use in our formulas.

Our all-natural products are the pH Balancing Cleanser, The Killer, and Good Girl Probiotics.

All Love Wellness products are cruelty free and never tested on animals.

The Killer is not approved for use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

When it comes to the rest of our products, it's important to talk with your doctor or health care provider before starting any new supplement routine. They know you best, and can provide guidance on whether or not certain ingredients could interfere with medications you already take, or are safe for pregnancy and breast-feeding.

And, as a friendly reminder, it's ALWAYS important to talk to your doctor or health care provider before taking any new OTC medication or supplement if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Yes! The Love Wellness line was designed to be taken together, for full body care. While regimens will vary depending person to person, day by day, based on a number of factors, here's a full rundown of our product lineup. Please note that this list is purely a recommendation and you may need more/less of any specific product depending on how your body responds!

    • Good to Glow: Take two capsules daily
    • Metabolove (formerly Lean Queen): Take two capsules in the morning, preferably with food
    • Good Girl Probiotics: Take two capsules daily, preferably with a meal
    • Perfect Condition Vitamin: Take one tablet daily, with a meal
    • Bye Bye Bloat: Take 1-4 capsules after a meal or before bedtime, as needed
    • Lights Out: Take one or two capsules an hour before bed, as needed
    • #mood Pills: Take one in the morning, and one at night, as needed
    • Sparkle Fiber: Take one capsule for the first two days. Increase to two capsules for the next 2 days, then continue by taking 3 capsules daily.

    • The Killer: Use as needed. Can be used as little as 1-3 days, or longer (up to 14 days) to help get you back on track. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

As everyone's regimen is unique and different, and there are so many outside factors to consider when it comes to other medications that you may be taking, we recommend checking in with your doctor or healthcare provider before starting anything new to ensure your new regimen makes sense!

It's important to talk with your doctor or health care provider before starting any new supplement routine. They know you best, and can provide guidance on whether or not certain ingredients could interfere with medications you already take, like birth control, or are safe for pregnancy and breast-feeding.
