    - USPS PRIORITY MAIL: Delivery in 3-7 business days for orders shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, via USPS Priority Mail.
    - EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Delivery in 1-2 business days, via FedEx 2 Day Air or FedEx Next Day Air.
    - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Delivery in 3-7 business days, via DHL Parcel International Direct, with duties covered by Love Wellness!

    As we work to ensure the safety of our Fulfillment Team, please allow at least 2-3 business days after placing your order to give us time to process, prep, and pack your order for shipment. Once it's ready, we'll send an email (or a text!) with tracking information.

    If you've placed your order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your 2-3 business days of processing time will start on the following Monday (or business day), but do know our team is working around the clock to fulfill orders as quickly and as safely as possible.

    No worries! We'll get you sorted out. We find that most of the time that your order was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up my someone else in your household. So before you start worrying, double check those places and with your people, and if you still have trouble just email us! In the event the order doesn't turn up, we can work on a replacement order, but will ask to send it to a different location to avoid any possible issues going forward!

    Yes, you will need to create an account to place an order. This allows you to track your purchases, earn points and rewards, and gives us a hand on the back-end if we ever need to look into an issue on your behalf/

    RETURNS

    Due to the nature of our products, only products that haven't been opened and are sealed in their original packaging may be returned for a refund, within 30 days of your delivery date. For orders of 20 items or more, only 50% of the order may be returned as long as items have not been opened and are sealed in their original packaging.

    Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not refunded in the event of the return of a product. If items are shipped outside of the US, Canada, or Puerto Rico, items will not be eligible for a return regardless if they are unused and sealed and within 30 days of your delivery date.

    To start a return, please reach out to us and we'll get started on that process!

    If you've tried a product out and are unhappy with it, please reach out within 30 days of your delivery date so we can determine the next best steps for you. While we cannot guarantee a refund once your product is opened/used, we will work with you to find the best solution.
    You must return both items to get a full refund for your order, less shipping. If one of your two items in a BOGO cart is returned, a partial refund will be processed accordingly.

    Our vitamin supplements are formulated with food scientists with PhDs in biochemistry and chemistry and manufactured in our cGMP registered NSF International facility located in the United States.

    We’ve made boric acid suppositories affordable and accessible for women who need help balancing vaginal pH levels within a healthy, normal range with our NDC-registered product, The Killer. The Killer was formulated by a medical doctor, and is manufactured with pharmaceutical-grade boric acid in our FDA registered facility according to cGMP standards.

    Our natural cleanser and wipes are formulated by an organic chemist who specializes in creating cosmetics with natural ingredients. Our cleanser has no added fragrance, as to not disrupt the sensitive vaginal biome.
    Our personal lubricant is all natural and organic, water-based, glycerin and paraben free. It's FDA A cleared 510(k) medical device.
