    As we work to ensure the safety of our Fulfillment Team, please allow at least 2-3 business days after placing your order to give us time to process, prep, and pack your order for shipment. Once it's ready, we'll send an email (or a text!) with tracking information.

We find that most of the time that your order was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up my someone else in your household. So before you start worrying, double check those places and with your people, and if you still have trouble just email us! In the event the order doesn't turn up, we can work on a replacement order, but will ask to send it to a different location to avoid any possible issues going forward!

    Please note: if there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 7 days of your noted delivery date or of the date the issue occurred. We're unable to help out past the 7-day mark and all issues should be reported to the carrier directly at that point.

    Due to the nature of our supplement and personal care products, only products that haven't been opened and are sealed in their original packaging may be returned for a refund, within 30 days of your delivery date.

    For our multivitamin line, your initial order of Daily Love, Baby Love, or Whole Love may be returned within 30 days of its delivery date. XOmegas may not be exchanged for alternate products and cannot be excluded from a Daily Love purchase.

    For orders of 20 items or more, only 50% of the order may be returned as long as items have not been opened and are sealed in their original packaging.

    Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not refunded in the event of the return of a product. If items are shipped outside of the US, Canada, or Puerto Rico, items will not be eligible for a return regardless if they are unused and sealed and within 30 days of your delivery date.
