Orders and returns

We have a very small window to make order edits! Please contact us here with your order number and your correct shipping address, so we can make changes as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 11am EST Monday-Friday will be processed and packed to ship the same day, barring any holidays. Orders placed after 11am EST will be packed and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 11am EST on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will ship on Monday.

We will make our best efforts to accommodate your request, though we ask that you double-check your address prior to placing your order, as we cannot guarantee a change in address once your order is processing.

We're unable to edit the items in an order or cancel an order once it has processed. However, please contact us here — while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will work to best help in accommodating your request!

If you received the wrong item(s), are missing items, or if there was an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 14 days of your order date, and we'll work to correct the problem! You can contact us here!

Unopened and unused products may be returned for orders shipped in the US within 30 days of the order’s delivery date for a refund. In the event of a return, refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders shipping to Canada are not eligible for returns.

Return Terms and Conditions

  • Products that have been opened are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit
  • Orders outside of the 30-day return window are ineligible for a return, exchange, or store credit
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not refunded in the event of a return
  • Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. In the event we're unable to refund back to the original form of payment due to a cancelled/expired credit card or closed bank account, store credit will be issued via Rewards Points that can be applied as discounts on future orders.
  • For orders of 20 items or more, only 50% of the order may be returned if the items are unopened and unused with their original seals intact within 30 days of the order’s delivery date
  • Orders purchased with Buy One Get One offer (BOGO) must be returned in full for a full refund. Returning part of a BOGO order will result in a partial refund, if eligible
  • Special priced, sale items, digital guides, and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return

If a product was opened and used, but wasn’t the best fit for you, please reach out to our team within 30 days of your delivery date to discuss the next best steps. We will do our best to work with you and help out!

While we appreciate your support, all of our products, including any samples, are for your personal use only. We are not currently using any independent re-sellers or distributors for the sale of our products, and therefore we don't offer wholesale accounts or orders. Please refer to our Terms of Service to see our full policies regarding personal use of products, including our right to accept or reject any order based on product availability, noncompliance with the Terms of Service, or any other reason as determined in our sole discretion.

Payments and discounts

For one-time purchases, we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, GPay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna!

For subscription orders, we accept credit, debit cards, PayPal, and ShopPay. We're not able to accept Klarna as a payment method on subscription orders at this time.

If you're looking to place an order with more than 20 items, please contact us here to help out with your large order!

Klarna will set up 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks until your balance is covered. Please note: Klarna is only available for one-time orders over $35 (before shipping and taxes).

Discount codes can be applied to one-time orders in checkout - just add the discount on the first page of checkout (after the cart page). You can apply one code per order!

Rewards points can be applied to both one-time orders and subscription orders. You can redeem up to 400 points (a $20 discount) per order.

  • To apply to a one-time order, you can apply on the first page of checkout, after the card page.
  • To apply to an upcoming subscription order, just head to your account page and click MY REWARDS and apply your discount!

    Please note: only one discount code or rewards redemption is applicable per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or codes.

Discount codes may be applied to one-time orders. If you’re having trouble, here are a few things to consider:

Our products are not eligible for HSA or FSA funds. We're sorry about that! Additionally, we're unable to provide itemized receipts beyond your order confirmation. We recommend checking with your HSA/FSA provider for more information regarding eligible HSA/FSA products.

Shipping and delivery

We ship throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada!

  •  Please note: We do not ship internationally outside of Canada, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

Most orders deliver within 7-10 business days or so.

In a continued effort to ensure the safety and wellness of our Fulfillment Teams, order processing time may take longer as additional safety protocols have been implemented.

After your order ships out, delivery time can vary based on your shipping method:

GROUND SHIPPING: Delivery in 7-10 business days, via multiple carriers and last leg delivery via USPS.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Delivery in approximately 3-4 business days after your order ships out, via UPS. The delivery date cannot be guaranteed with expedited shipping but will be faster than ground shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Delivery in 10-15 business days, via multiple networks and carriers. Duties are covered by Love Wellness!

Once your order ships out, we'll email you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery. Our couriers will provide an estimated delivery date based on transit. If you don't see shipping information after 5 business days from your order date, please double check your spam or trash folder in case our email got lost in the mix. 

🚨 Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process before shipping out. We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on the weekends or on holidays.

This is the most common delivery issue! We find that most of the time, your order was delivered to a front office or parcel locker, accidentally delivered to a neighbor, or left in a mailroom/package room.

Please double-check those places and with anyone else at your address first, and if you still have trouble, please contact us here so we can help out!

Please note: if there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 7 days of the noted delivery date or of the date the issue occurred if your order did not arrive.

  • Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.
  • Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues.
  • Love Wellness cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Love Wellness is not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number, incorrect street number, city, state, or zip code). In the event you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us here and let us know your correct address, ASAP!

We’ve made some changes to our product lineup! See below for all affected products:

  • UTI Don’t Think So: Behind the scenes, we are working to find the right manufacturing partner to ensure the highest quality urinary tract support product at the best price for our customers. As this is ongoing, we unfortunately cannot commit to a relaunch date of UTI Don’t Think So at this time. We know how much our customers loved this product, and we want to make sure we get this one right.
  • Whole Love 50+ Multivitamin: We discontinued Whole Love 50+ Multivitamin as of July 2023. As a replacement, you may be interested in Daily Love Multivitamin, which is our standard women’s multivitamin packed with vitamin D, B12, B6, C, zinc, calcium, iron, biotin, magnesium, and so much more. While Daily Love is not a direct replacement for Whole Love, as it’s not specifically intended for menopause support, you may find it beneficial holistically.
  • Sex Stuff: Due to unforeseen supply chain challenges, we discontinued Sex Stuff in January 2023. If you're looking for a replacement lubricant, we suggest one that’s water- or aloe-based, with no fragrance, parabens, or glycerin. If you have any bottles of Sex Stuff on hand, please continue to enjoy
  • Baby Love Prenatal Vitamin: We discontinued Baby Love in November 2022. If you’re expecting, we recommend reaching out to your doctor for guidance on choosing a prenatal supplement that’s right for you.
  • Omega-3s: Omega-3s are unavailable on our site at this time, as we are currently low in stock. If you are subscribed to Omega-3s, you will continue to receive your subscription as usual
  • Sleeping Beauty Gummies: As of November 2023, Sleeping Beauty Gummies have been discontinued. Sleeping Beauty capsules are still available, with a blend of melatonin, magnesium, and valerian root to help you rest your best.
  • Bye Bye Bloat®, 90-day supply: As of November 2023, we are no longer offering a 90-day supply of Bye Bye Bloat. Not to worry, our 30-day supply of Bye Bye Bloat is here to stay! You can shop it here.

The Killer (Boric Acid Suppositories) is not approved for use during pregnancy or breast-feeding.
Flora Power (Vaginal Probiotic Suppository) should be used during pregnancy or breast-feeding only under guidance from a doctor.

When it comes to the rest of our products, it's important to talk with your doctor or health care provider before starting any new supplement routine. They know you best and can provide guidance on whether or not certain ingredients could interfere with medications you already take or are safe for you to use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

As a friendly reminder, it's ALWAYS important to talk to your doctor or health care provider before taking any new OTC medication or supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Yes – the entire Love Wellness line is designed to be taken together for full body care. Keep in mind that it may take some trial and error to find the schedule & dosage that works best for you depending on how your body responds, and it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks of constant and consistent use before you see lasting results from some products.

  • Bye Bye Bloat®: Take 1-4 capsules after a meal or before bedtime, as needed
  • Sparkle Fiber™: Take 1 capsule for the first 2 days, then 2 capsules for the next 2 days, then continue with 3 capsules daily
  • Gut Feelings Probiotics®: Take 1 capsule daily, with our without food
  • Metabolove®: Take 2 capsules in the morning, before or after food, depending on your results

Because everyone's regimen is unique and different, and there are so many outside factors to consider when it comes to other medications that you may be taking, we recommend checking in with your doctor or healthcare provider before starting anything new to ensure Love Wellness is compatible with your current regimen!

There are so many options for birth control, so it's important to talk with your doctor or health care provider before starting any new supplement routine to see if it’s compatible with your birth control. They know you best and can provide guidance on whether or not certain ingredients could interfere with your medications.

A change in your urine color to bright yellow is totally normal when taking our multivitamin, lie Daily Love®. This is caused by Vitamin B complex, but specifically Vitamin B2, known as Riboflavin. B-complex vitamins are water-soluble vitamins and are not stored in the body (unlike other vitamins and minerals), which means they are dissolved in water and are quickly absorbed by your body. Any excess vitamins your body doesn’t need will be eliminated through urine, causing that change in color. Check out this post for more info on the how, what, and why this happens!

Long story short: no need to worry! You can continue to take your multivitamin as directed, and your body will take it from there!

Yes! The majority of our products are suited for all adults! The only products specifically suited for female bodies are The Killer, Good Girl Probiotics, Flora Power, our Multivitamins line, and both the pH Balancing Cleanser and pH Balancing Wipes. As always, anytime you add anything new to your regimen, we recommend checking in with your doctor/healthcare provider to ensure it makes sense for you!

Our products are designed for adults aged 18+. If you're considering Love Wellness for your child, please consult with your family physician to see if Love Wellness makes sense for them!

If you have a hard time swallowing pills, don’t fret — you can open up the capsules and pour the formula into your coffee, juice, smoothie, etc! You’ll still benefit from taking our supplements this way!

NOTE: The Killer and Flora Power are vaginal suppositories, not supplements you take by mouth. The Killer and Flora Power should only be used vaginally and should not be swallowed.

Making our products

Love Wellness products are manufactured in the USA, in our CGMP registered NSF International facility! We adhere strictly to FDA guidelines, and we test our products on the Love Wellness team, not animals.

Our vitamin supplements are formulated with food scientists with PhDs in biochemistry and chemistry and manufactured in our CGMP registered NSF International facility located in the United States.

We’ve made boric acid suppositories affordable and accessible for women who need help balancing vaginal pH levels within a healthy, normal range with our NDC-registered product, The Killer. The Killer was formulated by a medical doctor and is manufactured with pharmaceutical-grade boric acid in our FDA registered facility according to CGMP standards.

Our cleanser and wipes are formulated by an organic chemist who specializes in creating cosmetics with clean ingredients. Our cleanser has no added fragrance, so it does not disrupt the sensitive vaginal biome, and the glycerin in the formula is soy derived.

All Love Wellness supplements and vitamins are shelf-stable (aka no refrigeration required) and will last 2 years unopened to their expiration date.

Once opened, we recommend use within 2 months to preserve your product. We recommend storing your Love Wellness products in a clean and dry space, away from places that experience humidity, excess heat, or moisture.

The pH Balancing Cleanser will last 2 years through its expiration date if unopened and properly stored in a clean and dry space, away from areas that experience humidity, moisture, or excess heat. Once opened, we recommend using within 2 months to preserve your product. While we know pH Balancing Cleanser belongs in your shower/bath, it’s important to store your bottle away from continuously running water - a shelf or dry corner will be the best location!

All Love Wellness products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

The short answer: yes, your products are safe to use as directed. The warning on your product is in regards to a California law - Prop 65. Prop 65, a state law that's been in effect since 1986, requires that consumers in California get this warning. If you live outside of California and got this warning, don't fret!


The long answer: Under Prop 65, the State of California maintains a list of chemicals known to the state to potentially cause cancer or reproductive toxicity. The current list has nearly 900 chemicals! And it is not uncommon for certain Prop 65-listed chemicals, such as naturally-occurring heavy metals found in soils and the ocean, to be absorbed by plants and ultimately end up in organic, plant-based foods, supplements, and cosmetic ingredients. Because our products include plant-based ingredients that might include detectable levels of naturally-occurring heavy metals, we’re required to provide a Prop 65 warning on certain Love Wellness products.

In California, these warnings are found in restaurants, grocery stores, nutritional supplement shops, coffee shops, gyms, and even hospitals and are placed on products ranging from snacks and nutritional supplements to cosmetics, just to name a few.

We're actively in the process of reassessing all corners of the business in an effort to become more sustainable and earth friendly. A few things we've done already:

  • The Killer does not come with an applicator in an effort to reduce single use plastic.
  • We've updated our packaging to eliminate bubble wrap or single use plastic for shipments.
  • We use unbranded order packaging to ensure all materials are easily recyclable.
  • We've updated our bottle for pH Balancing Cleanser to remove excess plastic.

About subscriptions

Subscribing is the best way to shop Love Wellness - subscription orders always come at a discounted price*, and are eligible for free ground shipping on orders over $45 shipping within the US!

Starting a subscription is super simple - choose the products you need, how often you want them, and that's it! Your subscription will auto-deliver on your schedule, and you can edit all order details (products, addresses, renewal dates) or cancel at any time.

*Please note that sale items are already discounted, and are therefore not eligible for further subscription discounts. 

Starting a subscription is easy, but first you’ll want to create an account so you can manage your subscription. If you don’t have one, you can make one here.
 
Next, you can either:
 
Browse the site for the product you want, choose the discounted Subscribe & Save option, select your shipping frequency (every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months) and add to cart. You'll place an order AND start your subscription upon checking out.

Almost all of our products are eligible for subscription, with the exception of a few sale products and our accessories.

All products get a discount when you subscribe, except sale items (which already get a discount!).

You can set your subscription to renew every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months. Your subscription renews based on the date you start your subscription, and your order will ship out shortly afterwards!

We offer free ground shipping for subscription orders over $45 shipping within the US.
Pro-tip: If you're only subscribed to one product, have multiple bottles delivered every few months to save on shipping!

We offer standard ground shipping within Canada for a $35 shipping fee that covers duties.

Your subscription will automatically renew based on the date you started your subscription and your delivery frequency. We'll remind you via email 3 days before your order is set to process so you're aware and can make any changes if necessary.
 
To check your next order date, log in here and head to My Subscriptions to see your next charge and order date.


PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including changing products, updating your address, skipping the order, or cancelling, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have renewed and processed.

  • Once logged into your account, click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS, find the product you'd like to cancel, and click MANAGE THIS SUBSCRIPTION
  • Click CANCEL at the bottom of the window. You’ll be prompted to choose a cancellation reason, and then you can confirm. Repeat this process if you need to cancel more than one item.
  • You should get a cancellation email confirming your cancellation, but if you don’t, please reach out! 

To see your canceled subscriptions, go to “MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS.” There, you can click between your ACTIVE and INACTIVE subscriptions. 


PLEASE NOTE: You must cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before its renewal date to allow the cancellation to process!

Free shipping applies to US subscription orders over $45 (after discounts, before taxes). Here are a few insider tips to earn free shipping on your orders:

  • Update your subscription so you receive multiple bottles at once every 2-4 months. 
  • Make sure all your existing subscriptions ship out together. If they have the same renewal date, billing info, and address, then they’ll be combined into one order going forward!
  • Add new items to your subscription, either as one-time purchases or new recurring subscriptions, to reach an order subtotal of at least $45.

Discount codes are not applicable to subscription orders, since these are already at a discounted price.
However, you can apply your Love Wellness Rewards points to your subscription for up to $20 off of a subscription order!

Manage your subscription

To log in, first create an account HERE!
 
If you’ve shopped with us before but haven’t created an account yet, simply use the same email when creating your account to see your existing orders and subscriptions (if any!).

Please note that starting a subscription does not automatically create a customer account. You’ll still need to create an account as a separate step in order to manage your subscription!

If your email is not recognized when logging in, it’s possible that you either have not created your account or you never finished activating your account. No worries — simply create your account again to get logged in!

  • To skip your entire next delivery, login and head to your subscription portal. Click SKIP. Once you confirm, you’re all set! If you want to reverse this edit, you can always click UNKSKIP. 
  • To skip individual products in your next delivery, click MANAGE THIS SUBSCRIPTION next to the product(s) you’d like to skip. Once you confirm, this product will be removed from your upcoming order. 

PLEASE NOTE: You must skip an order at least 24 hours before it's renewal date to allow the cancellation to process!

To add a product to your existing subscription:

  • Once logged into your account, head to your subscription portal. Then at the bottom of the main page, you’ll see a selection of some of our products. Click BROWSE ALL PRODUCTS to see the full collection. 
  • Find the product you’d like, click ADD, confirm all the details, and you’re all set!

PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit subscription orders once they have been processed.

To swap items in your subscription: 

  • Log in and click MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
  • Next to the product you’d like to swap out, click MANAGE THIS SUBSCRIPTION
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the option to ‘Swap this for a different product.‘ From there, you can find your desired product, click SWAP, and confirm all the details.

PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit subscription orders once they have been processed.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
  • Find the product you'd like to cancel, and click MANAGE THIS SUBSCRIPTION
  • Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION at the bottom of the window. You’ll be prompted to choose a cancellation reason, and then you can confirm. Repeat this process if you need to cancel more than one item.

You should get a cancellation email confirming your cancellation, but if you don’t, please reach out! 

To see your canceled subscriptions, go to “MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS.” There, you can click between your ACTIVE and INACTIVE subscriptions.

We're unable to edit or cancel a subscription order once it has renewed and processed.

If you had an order processed that you weren’t ready for, please reach out to us - we can help out with skipping upcoming orders, moving out future order dates, starting a return, or cancelling your subscription if needed.
 

To make sure you aren't charged for orders you aren't ready for, we’ll always send an email 3 days before your renewal date to give you plenty of time to make changes to your subscription if needed.
 
Remember - any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date, at the latest, and your subscription portal will always reflect your most up to date information.

To change your order date for the next subscription order:

  • Log in and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don’t have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
  • Next, click RESCHEDULE and choose to delay, skip, or change your order date.
  • If you’re looking to process an order immediately, simply reschedule the order you’d like to today’s date, and then click send now!

PLEASE NOTE:Any changes to a subscription must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit subscription orders once they have been processed.

To apply Love Wellness Rewards to an order, first you’ll want to log in. If you’ve shopped with us before but can’t access your account, don’t worry – your points are waiting for you! You’ll just need to activate your account by creating an account with the same email address you’ve shopped with previously to get connected.

Add products to your cart, click checkout, and your available points will appear. Choose your reward discount from the dropdown, and you’re all set to add payment, and purchase your new order. 

PLEASE NOTE: Only one discount is allowed per order. You will not be able to apply another discount code in addition to your rewards points.

You can apply your Love Wellness Rewards points to an upcoming order from your account page.

  • Log in and click MY REWARDS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
  • Choose the discount you’d like to use and click REDEEM. You can only redeem one discount per order at a time, so do not click more than one discount!
  • Once the code has been copied, head to your subscription portal. 
  • In the portal, you’ll see all of the details of your next upcoming order. Click ADD DISCOUNT, and paste this code. This will now apply to the next order!

To update your address for subscription orders:

  • Log in and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
  • Click ADDRESS & PAYMENT DETAILS, then MANAGE ADDRESSES.
  • Click EDIT next to your existing address and update your address, then save your changes

PLEASE NOTE: Address edits must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Love Wellness is not responsible for missing shipments if your subscription address was not updated in time. Please contact us immediately if your order is processed with the former shipping address. We cannot guarantee a change in address, but will do our best to accommodate your request.

To update your payment details:

  • Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
  • Click MANAGE PAYMENT METHODS, and you can replace or update your existing payment method.
  • A secure link is generated and sent to you via email, so please check your spam folder if you don't see anything within a few minutes.

If you're currently using ApplePay, ShopPay, or PayPal as your main subscription payment method, and you'd like to make billing changes, please reach out to us here so that we can help out.

For subscription items to ship together, they must share the same renewal date, payment method, and shipping address. See the instructions below for how to consolidate your subscriptions under one shipping address:

  • Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
  • Once logged into the subscription portal, click ADDRESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS then MANAGE ADDRESSES
  • Next to the address you’d like to use for all subscriptions, click EDIT. 
  • Select Use this address for all my products. Once you save the changes, your subscriptions should consolidate under that same address going forward.

Once logged into the subscription portal, next to the product you’d like to edit, click MANAGE THIS SUBSCRIPTION.

From there, you can edit both the quantity of items you will receive with each order, as well as the shipping frequency (every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months).

Rewards

For each purchase you make, you’ll earn 1 point per dollar spent, which you can redeem in increments of $5, $10, $15, or $20 on future purchases — just log in to your Love Wellness account when checking out to have access to your rewards points. Points expire after a year of inactivity, so the more often you shop, the longer you'll be able to hold onto your points!

Points earned from shopping are added to your account once your order is fulfilled and shipped out to you.

Points earned from referring a friend are added when your friend places their first order.

Points earned from adding your birthday are added on your birthday.

Points earned from liking, following, and subscribing on social channels are added to your account immediately!

Every customer receives points automatically*. Points are awarded for each purchase at the time your order ships out.

If you're placing a one-time order, you'll be able to apply your rewards points directly during checkout under the order summary section! Just make sure you're logged in first to see and use your points at checkout.

Psst: If you’ve shopped with us before, your details may auto-populate, even if you aren’t logged in. If you don’t see your points, you're likely not logged in and can do so here.

Make sure you’re logged in to see and use your points. This is important!

Add products to your cart, click checkout, and your available points will appear. Choose your reward discount from the dropdown, and you’re all set to add payment, and purchase your new order.

  • Once logged into your account, click “REWARDS.”
  • Choose the discount you’d like to use and click REDEEM. You can only redeem one discount per order at a time, so do not click more than one discount!
  • Once the code has been copied, head to your subscription portal.
  • In the portal, you’ll see all of the details of your next upcoming order. Click APPLY DISCOUNT, and paste this code. This will now apply to the next order!

Referrals

Share your link with friends and get discounts when they shop! For every friend you refer who places their first order through your referral link, they'll get $10 off an order of $25 or more (before shipping and taxes), and you'll get $10 worth of Love Wellness Reward points to apply on your next order or subscription order.

First, log into your Love Wellness account here! If you don't have an account yet, you can create one here.

Then, click the REFERRALS section of your account page. Follow the directions to share your referral link with your friends via email or text – that's it!


Please note: in the spirit of the program, self-referrals are not allowed; referred friends must be a first-time customer; restrictions apply, see Terms of Service here for details.

If you've been referred by a friend: Click their referral link to receive a unique discount code. Copy the discount code that pops up when the page loads. Then, apply that discount during checkout for your $10 discount. Please note: your order must total at least $25 before taxes and shipping in order for the discount to apply.

 

If you've referred a friend: Once they complete their first order, you'll get an email confirming your $10 reward has been added to your account, which you can check on by logging in here!

 
To use your referral reward: On your next order, you can apply your points in checkout via a drop-down on the cart page. Or, to apply to an upcoming subscription order, just head to the MY REWARDS section of your account page.
 
Please note: we cannot retroactively apply referral discounts to previously purchased orders.

Per our terms, only one discount is applicable per order so you will not be able to apply your referral discount with another discount code.

Creating an account allows you to track your purchases, manage your subscription, earn points and rewards, and gives us a hand on the backend if we ever need to look into an issue on your behalf.

If you receive a "No account found" error when trying to reset your password, it appears you never finished creating your customer account. However, you can create an account here, using the same email you used to purchase to get connected to your existing account!

If you forgot your password, you can reset it here. Click on Reset Password and enter your email address. We'll email you a unique link to update your password. If you don't see an email from us, please double check your spam or trash folder in case it got lost in the mix!
