      Delivery in 2-5 business days, via DHL Smartmail Parcel, which utilizes both DHL and USPS networks for transit, with USPS completing the final leg of delivery.
      Delivery in 3-7 business days for orders shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, via USPS Priority Mail.
      Delivery in approximately 1-2 business days after your order ships out, via FedEx 2nd Day Air or FedEx Next Day Air. Delivery date cannot be guaranteed with expedited shipping but will be faster than ground shipping.
      Delivery in 3-7 business days, via DHL Parcel International Direct, which utilizes both DHL and CA Post, with CA Post completing the final leg of delivery (duties covered by Love Wellness!)

  • PLEASE NOTE: expedited shipping is not available for delivery to PO Boxes or subscription orders. Please use the PO Box shipping method at checkout to ship to your local PO Box via USPS Priority Mail.

    After placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared, packed, and shipped. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

    Once your order ships out, we'll email you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery. Our couriers will provide an estimated delivery date based on transit. If you don't see shipping information after 5 business days from your order date, please double check your spam or trash folder in case our email got lost in the mix.

    We find that most of the time that your order was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up my someone else in your household.     Please note: if there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 7 days of your noted delivery date or of the date the issue occurred. We're unable to help past the 7-day mark, and all issues should be reported to the carrier directly at that point.

    Yes! We recently swapped out our multi-sized red boxes for a standard sized brown box in our continued efforts to be more sustainable and eco-conscious.

    Supplements, Personal Care Products, and Multivitamins

    Unopened and unused products may be returned in the US within 30 days of the order’s delivery date for a refund. In the event of a return, refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method; shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Products that have been opened are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit
  • Orders outside of the 30-day return window are ineligible for a return, exchange, or store credit
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not refunded in the event of a return
  • Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. In the event we're unable to refund back to the original form of payment due to a cancelled/expired credit card or closed bank account, store credit will be issued via Rewards Points that can be applied as discounts on future orders.
  • For orders of 20 items or more, only 50% of the order may be returned if the items are unopened and unused with their original seals intact within 30 days of the order’s delivery date
  • Orders purchased with Buy One Get One offer (BOGO) must be returned in full for a full refund. Returning part of a BOGO order will result in a partial refund, if eligible
  • Any Digital Guides are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased

    Love Wellness products are manufactured in the USA, in our CGMP registered NSF International facility! We adhere strictly to FDA guidelines, and we test our products on the Love Wellness team, not animals.

    Our vitamin supplements are formulated with food scientists with PhDs in biochemistry and chemistry and manufactured in our cGMP registered NSF International facility located in the United States.

    We’ve made boric acid suppositories affordable and accessible for women who need help balancing vaginal pH levels within a healthy, normal range with our NDC-registered product, The Killer. The Killer was formulated by a medical doctor, and is manufactured with pharmaceutical-grade boric acid in our FDA registered facility according to CGMP standards.

    Our natural cleanser and wipes are formulated by an organic chemist who specializes in creating cosmetics with natural ingredients. Our cleanser has no added fragrance, as to not disrupt the sensitive vaginal biome.

    Our personal lubricant is aloe-based, as well as glycerin and paraben free. It's an FDA A cleared 510(k) medical device.
