Clear Skin Probiotics™ and Gut Feelings Probiotics™ are not vegan and contain dairy, but they are gluten free. Good Girl Probiotics is not vegan, but is dairy free and gluten free.
A probiotic is a live bacteria or yeast that is good for you, for your digestive system, and for the many microbiomes in and on your body!
A microbiome is a specific part of the body that is made up of microorganisms, which are managed by bacteria that originate from the gut. Our probiotics support specific aspects of our health through their unique blends of bacteria that support specific microbiomes.

Our Wellness Advisor Molly Knauer likes to think of microbiomes as the CEOs of our bodies — find out why here!
Different microbiomes in and on the body are supported by different strains of bacteria that originate in the gut. Yep! The gut microbiome is different than the vaginal microbiome or skin microbiome, but acts as the home base for all of them. Because of this, we’ve created three different blends of probiotics that each focus on supporting a different part of our bodies via the gut.

Gut Feelings Probiotics™ is designed to support a calm digestive system, a balanced gut, and a healthy immune system.* Think of this as our baseline gut health probiotic!

Clear Skin Probiotics™ is designed to support healthy and clear skin, clear up acne†, and improve skin pores and dryness.* It can be paired with Gut Feelings Probiotics™ and/or Good Girl Probiotics®!

Good Girl Probiotics® is designed to support vaginal health by balancing bacteria and yeast in the vagina.* It can be paired with Gut Feelings Probiotics™ and/or Clear Skin Probiotics™!

    †does not include cystic acne
Yes, you can! Since each probiotic focuses on a unique end goal, you can take more than one probiotic to support different microbiomes of your body.
Good Girl Probiotics® - take two capsules daily, with or without food Clear Skin Probiotics™ - take one capsule daily, with or without food Gut Feelings Probiotics™ - take one capsule daily, with or without food

You can take all of the probiotics by mouth, but you can definitely open the capsules and mix the formula in your coffee, smoothie, juice, etc! None of our probiotics require refrigeration.
It can take 4-6 weeks of consistent use to see results with Clear Skin Probiotics™, Gut Feelings Probiotics™, and Good Girl Probiotics®.
Definitely! All of our products are designed to work together for full body care! As always, anytime you add anything new to your regimen, we recommend checking in with your doctor/healthcare provider to ensure it makes sense for you!
The Probiotics Kit is not vegan or dairy-free, but is vegetarian. Clear Skin Probiotics™ and Gut Feelings Probiotics™ contain dairy-based probiotics.
All of our probiotics are shelf-stable, meaning our formula does not require refrigeration!
Given that everyone is different and unique to their bodies, we recommend double checking with your doctor to see if the Probiotics Kit makes sense for you to take while pregnant or breastfeeding.
