How To Use
Bye Bye Bloat®: Take 1 or 2 capsules after a meal or before bedtime. Do not take more than 4 capsules in one day.
Gut Feelings Probiotics®: Take 1 capsule daily, with or without food.
Sparkle Fiber®: To avoid discomfort, start by taking 1 capsule daily for 2 days, increase to 2 capsules daily for 2 days, then take 3 capsules daily (the recommended dose).

What is a prebiotic, a probiotic, and a postbiotic?
