  • pH Balanced Wipes™: Dispose in a waste basket instead of flushing.
  • pH Balanced Cleanser™: Apply a dime-sized amount to wet skin in the shower or bath, then gently work into a lather and rinse clean. Do not use a bath loofah, sponge, or towel, as these may be harsh on the vulva.
  • The Killer®: With clean hands, insert 1 The Killer® suppository into the vagina at bedtime daily as needed or for up to 14 days.
  • Good Girl Probiotics®: ​​Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
  • Healthy V® Vitamin: Take 1 capsule daily with food.

The Ultimate Vaginal Health Bundle consists of five products. Please find the directions for each product below:

  • The Killer®: this is a vaginal suppository — not a pill you take by mouth. With clean hands, insert 1 suppository into the vagina at bedtime daily as needed or for up to 14 days.
  • Good Girl Probiotics®: ​​Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
  • Healthy V® Vitamin: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning with food.
  • pH Balanced Cleanser™: Apply cleanser to wet skin in the shower or bath, then gently work into a lather and rinse clean.
  • pH Balanced Wipes™: Freshen up with a wipe whenever you feel the need. For external use only. Dispose in the trash instead of flushing.

You’ll see the best results with consistent use of Good Girl Probiotics®, Healthy V® Vitamin, and the pH Balanced Cleanser™. The Killer® can be used on an as-needed basis for 1-2 days or up to 7-14 days. The pH Balanced Wipes™ can be used on an as-needed basis.
