How To Use
With clean hands, insert one suppository into your vagina at bedtime. Can be used once a week, or up to once a day for five days when you feel you need it for maintenance.
Expect some discharge throughout the night (we like wearing a thin pad to protect our undies), but understand this is normal.
You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse.
Do not use more than one suppository once a day or for longer than five days of continued use.

We don't believe essential oils belong inside your vagina or on your vulva (and most OB/GYNs don't recommend it either). We're obsessed with ingredient superiority for our products, and when it comes to your intimate health, essential oils don't make the cut.
GLYCERIN
Glycerin is a moisturizing agent found in many intimacy products. Research suggests glycerin may promote vaginal infections, so we never include it in our intimacy products.
SLS, SLES, AND PEG
You deserve life-changing formulas that are trustworthy, modern, and safe. We don't believe the surfactants SLS, SLES, and PEG support your well-being, so we'll never include them in our intimate health products.
PARABENS
Parabens are preservatives found in many intimacy products. Some research suggests they could act like the hormone estrogen in the body, and some parabens are banned entirely from cosmetics in the EU. With this in mind, we choose to formulate paraben-free.

How does Flora Power® work?
Bad, odor-causing bacteria can cause and thrive in an imbalanced microbiome. Through the use of lactobacilli probiotics and Vitamin C, Flora Power® works to support your vaginal microbiome and pH levels for balanced bacteria and a fresh, healthy odor.
How do I use Flora Power®?
Flora Power® is a vaginal suppository —not a pill you take by mouth. We know it looks similar, but this will be inserted vaginally.
To use: With clean hands, use your fingers to gently insert Flora Power® into your vagina. It should be inserted as you would a tampon; far enough that it won’t have the chance to slip out, and deep enough that you are comfortable and cannot feel it. There is no need to alter the capsule in any way. Just pop it in — that’s it! Within a few hours, the capsule will start to dissolve and get to work.
Discharge is expected (and normal!) during and after use of a vaginal suppository, so we recommend wearing a panty liner to help keep you feeling comfortable.
When should I use Flora Power®?
We recommend inserting the suppository just before bed so your body is at rest and can fully absorb Flora Power®. Flora Power® may be the most effective for supporting bacteria balance if used after your period ends.
How long should I use Flora Power®? How often can I use it?
You can use Flora Power® for as little as 1 day or for up to 5 consecutive days to support normal vaginal bacteria levels. We recommend waiting at least 5 days between uses. Please only use one suppository every 24-hour period.
What’s the difference between Flora Power® and The Killer®? Can I use them together?
Flora Power® and The Killer®help support a healthy vaginal environment in different ways:
Flora Power® is a probiotic + Vitamin C suppository for supporting healthy vaginal pH balance
The Killer®is a single ingredient boric acid suppository that promotes fresh vaginal odor.
Both are made without fragrance and essential oils.
To use both The Killer® and Flora Power®, we recommend first using The Killer® for 1 to 14 days. Then a few days, after completing use of The Killer®️, you can use Flora Power® for 1 to 5 days as needed to help support healthy vaginal pH balance.
Can I take Flora Power® by mouth instead of using it vaginally?
No— Flora Power® is a vaginal suppository and is meant to be inserted into the vagina only. Do not take Flora Power® orally nor insert it into any other part of your body.
Is Flora Power® vegan, gluten free, dairy free?
Flora Power® is not vegan, but it is both gluten free and dairy free.
Can I use Flora Power® while I’m on my period?
We recommend waiting to use Flora Power® until after your period so it’s the most effective.
Can I have sex while using Flora Power®?
We recommend waiting at least 1-2 days after finishing use of Flora Power® to have sex again in order for Flora Power® to be the most effective.
Can I use Flora Power® if I am on birth control/if I have an IUD?
Given that everyone is different and unique to their health, we recommend checking in with your doctor to make sure there are no interfering or contradicting ingredients between your birth control and Flora Power®.
Can I use Flora Power® if I’m trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding?
Flora Power® (Vaginal Probiotic Suppository) should be used during pregnancy or breast-feeding only under guidance from a doctor. Please consult with your doctor to see which products may be most suitable for use while you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding.
