Through the use of lactobacilli probiotics and Vitamin C, Flora Power™ works to support your vaginal pH balance for a fresh vaginal environment.
Flora Power™ is a vaginal suppository —not a pill you take by mouth. We know it looks similar, but this will be inserted vaginally.
To use: With clean hands, use your fingers to gently insert Flora Power™ into your vagina. It should be inserted as you would a tampon; far enough that it won’t have the chance to slip out, and deep enough that you are comfortable and cannot feel it. There is no need to alter the capsule in any way. Just pop it in — that’s it! Within a few hours, the capsule will start to dissolve and get to work.
Discharge is expected (and normal!) during and after use of a vaginal suppository, so we recommend wearing a panty liner to help keep you feeling comfortable.
We love using Flora Power for regular maintenance. We recommend inserting the suppository just before bed so your body is at rest and can fully absorb Flora Power™.
With clean hands, insert 1 suppository into your vagina at bedtime or for up to 5 days. Can be used once a week, or up to once a day for 5 days when you feel you need it for maintenance. DO NOT USE MORE THAN ONE SUPPOSITORY ONCE A DAY, OR FOR LONGER THAN 5 DAYS OF CONTINUED USE.
