You can take both capsules together, or one in the morning and the second later in the day. They’re both vital in making sure you receive the vitamins and minerals you deserve!

Good Girl Probiotics® includes a prebiotic fiber, inulin, which supports the delivery of our formula by promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria. You can compare the function of a prebiotic to that of a fertilizer for a plant. While your plant may be fine without fertilizer, it grows much healthier with it! Similarly, a prebiotic works to support the probiotics (live bacteria) so that in return the probiotics can best support you!

We don’t believe ingredients like fragrance, parabens, sulfates, and surfactants like SLS, SLES, and PEG belong in women’s vaginal care products. Because of our belief, we make our pH Balanced Cleanser™ without any of these ingredients. Some other personal care cleaners, bar soaps, body washes and more may contain these ingredients. 

pH Balanced Cleanser™ is intended to match your vagina’s naturally acidic pH levels, is clinically tested as kind to skin, and is OB/GYN-developed.

A change in your urine color to bright yellow is normal when taking a multivitamin like Daily Love®.

This is caused by Vitamin B complex, but specifically Vitamin B2, known as Riboflavin. B-complex vitamins are water-soluble vitamins and are not stored in the body (unlike other vitamins and minerals), which means they are dissolved in water and are quickly absorbed by your body. Any excess vitamins your body doesn’t need will be eliminated through urine, causing that change in color.
