We like to take Good Girl Probiotics® with breakfast, pH Balanced Wipes™ whenever we’re on the go, and pH Balanced Cleanser™ with every shower—but feel free to incorporate our products in the order that helps you stay consistent!
- Good Girl Probiotics®: Good Girl Probiotics®: Take 1 capsule daily, ideally with a meal. Keep bottle tightly closed. Store at room temperature.
- pH Balanced Cleanser™: Using clean hands, apply a dime-sized amount to the vulva in the shower or bath. Gently work into a lather and rinse clean.
- pH Balanced Wipes™: Use daily or as needed. For external use only. Do not flush; dispose of used wipes in a waste basket. Store at room temperature.
- Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen. Store at room temperature. Keep bottle tightly closed.
