TikTok Contest 2026 Official Rules
(The Love Wellness Fresh Start GMV Challenge)


By participating in the Love Wellness Fresh Start GMV Challenge (the “Contest”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Ogilvie Brands Inc. DBA “Love Wellness” (“Love Wellness”), which are final and binding in all matters.


INTRODUCTION.


By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Love Wellness, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects. Your compliance with these Official Rules is a material condition of your participation in the Contest and Love Wellness’ obligations to provide you with the Awards (defined below).


Love Wellness’ Terms and Conditions, Marketing Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy (the “Governing Documents”), which are incorporated herein by reference, apply to and govern your participation. Please read these Official Rules and the Governing Documents, as they form a binding agreement between you and Love Wellness and affect your legal rights. Capitalized terms used herein without definition will have the meaning assigned in the Governing Documents.


To the extent that any part of these Official Rules conflicts with any Governing Document, these Official Rules shall control.


ELIGIBILITY.


To participate, you must be a Love Wellness promoter, endorser, or marketer (“Affiliate”) of Love Wellness products (“Products”) via the TikTok Shop platform during the Contest Period (as defined below). You must also:


(i) be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or D.C.;

(ii) be at least eighteen (18) years old; and

(iii) be an eligible and approved TikTok Shop Creator under TikTok’s applicable policies, including the TikTok Shop Creator Eligibility Policy.


You are ineligible and strictly prohibited from participating if:

  • You do not meet the above eligibility criteria;

  • Your participation violates any legal obligation or law; or

  • You fail to comply with these Official Rules or any Governing Document.


CONTEST PERIOD.


The Contest begins January 9, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends February 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).


A separate weekly prize opportunity (“Bonus Period”) runs throughout the Contest Period. Bonus Awards will be determined based on the criteria outlined below.


Love Wellness’ clock is the official clock for the Contest.


HOW TO PARTICIPATE.


Affiliates must promote and generate gross merchandise value (“GMV”) from Product sales through the TikTok Shop platform during the Contest Period to be eligible for Awards.


Affiliates must register for the Contest by submitting the registration form available HERE.


Affiliates can monitor GMV performance on the official Love Wellness leaderboard, updated weekly in the Discord group. Eligibility for Awards depends on achieving the GMV milestones listed below.


GMV generated outside of the Contest Period or outside TikTok Shop is not eligible. Affiliates are encouraged to strive for the Top Seller milestone, where they have the opportunity to be recognized as the Fresh Start GMV Challenge Champion.


DETERMINATION AND VERIFICATION OF AWARDS.


Awards will be granted based on the amount of GMV generated through an Affiliate’s individual TikTok Shop account. GMV reflects the net sale price after refunds, returns, and cancellations, as reported by TikTok Shop following the Contest Period and a reasonable reconciliation period.


Eligibility and GMV calculations are subject to verification. Love Wellness may deny Awards if GMV was generated through dishonest, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful means, as determined solely by Love Wellness.


AWARD CLAIMS.


Affiliates are responsible for tracking their GMV. Once an Affiliate reaches a Tier, they must submit an Award Claim within thirty (30) days of the end of the Contest Period.


Award Claims must be submitted with the requested information for verification. Claims submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.


Winners will be notified via direct message in the Discord group.


WINNER NOTIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS.


Winners may be required to sign and return:

  • An Affidavit of Eligibility

  • A Liability and Publicity Release

  • Any additional documentation reasonably requested by Love Wellness


If a potential winner does not comply within ten (10) days of notification, the Award may be forfeited.


Awards may be forfeited if:

  • The Affiliate is ineligible;

  • Communication is undeliverable;

  • The Affiliate fails to submit documentation;

  • The Affiliate cannot accept the Award; or

  • The Affiliate is not in compliance with these Official Rules.

• Awarded to the TikTok Shop LIVE featuring Love Wellness products with the strongest overall performance (GMV + average viewers)

• Must tag the official Love Wellness affiliate account

Total Value: $3,500

Winners are eligible only for the highest Tier reached based on GMV.

Love Wellness may substitute any Award for one of equal or greater value. Additional expenses are solely the responsibility of the winner. Awards are not transferable, but winners may request the cash equivalent of the award value.

Taxes and required forms (e.g., W-9, 1099) apply for Awards valued over $600.


RELEASE/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.


Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of an Award constitutes each winner’s consent to Love Wellness and its designees for use of the winner's name, Award won, hometown, likeness, TikTok handle, photograph, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, review, approval, or permission.


You agree that Love Wellness is not responsible for and you agree to release and hold harmless Love Wellness and TikTok from any and all liability in connection with the following: (i) Award Claims that are lost, late, incomplete, damaged, garbled, destroyed, inaccurate, misdirected, or not received by Love Wellness for any reason; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in transmission, receipt, or processing hereunder, including but not limited to, in the calculation of Product sales/GMV, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any information submitted to Love Wellness; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone, or causes beyond Love Wellness’ reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest; (iv) any information submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules; and/or (v) your participation in the Contest generally as well as your acceptance, possession, use/misuse of any Award. The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in any way in connection with the Contest as well as claims, where lawful, based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or other proprietary or privacy rights. 


By participating in the Contest, you acknowledge and agree that Love Wellness reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest at any time for any reason. Notice of such action by Love Wellness will be posted on this page. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated Contest end dates, Love Wellness reserves the right to fulfill the Awards to eligible Affiliates who have submitted verified Award Claims before the termination date. Love Wellness reserves the right to disqualify any Affiliate if such person has been determined to have tampered with or abused any aspect of the Contest. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Love Wellness reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event there is a discrepancy, as between other statements contained in any Contest-related materials or communications and these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.


DISPUTES 


This Contest and the rights and obligations of Love Wellness and Affiliates will be governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of New York, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the City of New York, State of New York. Affiliate agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, and in no event will Affiliate be permitted to obtain attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (iii) under no circumstances will Affiliate be permitted to obtain awards for, and Affiliate hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.


WINNER CONFIRMATION


Winners will be posted in our Discord channel (https://discord.com/invite/RhMjsux4

) on or around March 3, 2026, after the close of the Contest Period and verification of all winners. Affiliates may submit a written request for the names of winners within twelve (12) months following the Contest Period.
