The Love Wellness e-Gift Card (“e-Gift Card”) is provided as a unique code redeemable at the Love Wellness website. e-Gift Card Has no expiration date except those determined by law and no service fees. Cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent, except as required by law. Cannot be used as payment on an account or to purchase e-Gift Cards. Promotional offers, discounts and store credits cannot be applied to the purchase of e-Gift Cards, and purchases of e-Gift Cards cannot be used to satisfy promotional thresholds. e-Gift Cards can only be applied to first-time subscription orders and are not eligible as a payment method for recurring subscription charges.
Treat e-Gift Card like cash; Love Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen e-Gift Cards, except as follows: If your e-Gift Card is lost or stolen, immediately contact customer support at contact@lovewellness.com. Unredeemed value on lost or stolen e-Gift Cards will only be replaced if purchaser's confirmation email is presented as proof of purchase and we confirm the e-Gift Card has not already been redeemed in full. e-Gift Cards are void if copied (other than for the purpose of making a back-up of your own e-Gift Card details), resold or otherwise obtained or used in violation of these terms. We may, where we have reason to suspect fraud or breach of these terms (for example where we’ve been notified a e-Gift Card has been lost, or where it otherwise seems likely to have been misappropriated, from the appearance of the e-Gift Card or other circumstances) request evidence, where appropriate, to confirm you are the purchaser or intended recipient of the e-Gift Card before we accept it. Further, use of e-Gift Cards for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes associated with the Love Wellness brand is strictly prohibited.
Delivery of e-Gift Card can be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. For Same-Day Delivery, the email recipient to receive e-Gift Card approximately two (2) hours from time of purchase. For Future Delivery, e-Gift Card will be emailed to the recipient between 4:00 AM and 10:00 AM of the sender’s time zone. Please ensure that the recipient's spam filter does not block emails from contact@lovewellness.com. To check your e-Gift Card balance, email contact@lovewellness.com. Purchase and use of e-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions, including lovewellness.com’s Terms of Use.
