After setting up your 6 month supply, we’ll process and ship your orders monthly, so you receive a month worth of product at a time. You will only be charged one time – when you set up the subscription initially.
We’ll email you a reminder before your upcoming orders, in case you need to update your shipping address or delay your order by a few days.
At the end of your 6 month supply, you can either renew another prepaid subscription, start a monthly subscription, or place one-time orders as you see fit.
No need to pay each month! With our prepaid subscription, you’ll make one payment for your entire supply when starting your prepaid subscription. Since shipping is free, you will not be billed or charged after that — so sit back and relax! We’ve got it covered!
Yes! Just like our standard monthly subscriptions, we’ll cover shipping for the entirety of your prepaid subscription, so you only need to make one payment when setting up the subscription and that’s it! Please note: at this time this offer is only available in the US.
We understand if you need to cancel your prepaid subscription (though we’ll miss you!). Depending on your prepaid subscription length, refunds will be prorated depending on the time of cancellation and your prepaid subscription’s length. Please note that cancellations made after your first initial order will cancel all future deliveries.

Yes, you can log on 24/7 to update your address for future deliveries, but make sure any updates are made 24 hours before your next renewal. You can switch products, but with limited options at this time. If you need to make a change, reach out to us and we’d be happy to help. :)
