The thyroid gland is the largest gland in the endocrine system. Its hormones play a significant role in metabolism, energy regulation, and directly affect heart rate, body weight, skin and hair texture, bowel function, fertility, menstrual regularity, mood and other body processes. If there is too much or too little thyroid hormone, your entire body is impacted.

The two most important hormones the thyroid produces are T3 (thyroxine) and T4 (triiodothyronine)—their jobs are to let every cell in the body know when to consume oxygen and nutrients which in turn regulates the body’s metabolism. During the metabolic process your body converts what you eat and drink into energy.

We recommend taking Metabolove in the morning, but it's okay to take Metabolove at another time of day if that works for you and your regimen. Please note that Metabolove contains caffeine, so it may not be the most suitable for late evening or at night, depending on your sensitivity to caffeine.

As every body is unique, your regimen and schedule will be specific to you and may take some time to get just right, so don't worry if it takes some trial and error to get it just right.

Due to the Organic Green Tea Leaf Powder in the formula, there are 4.5mg of caffeine per serving (2 capsules) in Metabolove.

We don't use chemicals to mask or cover up any tastes or smells that naturally come from our formulas, so Metabolove can be a bit more potent due to the Selenium.

We've found if you pour the capsules into a small bowl or cup to air them out for a few days should help in resolving any smells and make taking Metabolove much easier if you’re having trouble.

How quickly Metabolove works depends on everyone's unique body, health, genetics, diet, etc., therefore everyone will respond slightly differently to Metabolove. It can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks before you see lasting results.
