Frequently Asked Questions
During preconception: To address any existing deficiencies, help prevent birth defects, pre-term birth, and sometimes morning sickness (up to year before conceiving, but at least 3 months before).
During pregnancy: So you and baby get all you need to develop well.
During the 4th trimester, until you stop breast-feeding, or indefinitely: If you plan to have another child to help your body bounce back from delivery, deliver the nutrients baby needs through breast milk, and to maintain healthy levels of vitamins and minerals for future pregnancies.
As always, anytime you add anything new to your regimen, we recommend checking in with your doctor/healthcare provider to ensure it makes sense for you, and they can answer any more specific questions you might have!
For example, we included 800mg of folate (the best kind of folic acid for proper development of baby’s spine and brain), ginger to help ease morning sickness, and echinacea to help support immunity!*

Omega-3s benefit heart health, immunity, and so much more. If you take a prenatal multivitamin, there's no reason NOT to take an Omega-3 supplement alongside it. More nutrients = better health. Simple as that.
You can take them all together, or split them across your day! They’re all vital in making sure you receive the vitamins and minerals you deserve! Plus, don’t forget your 1 soft-gel of XOmegas™ daily as well.
It takes a lot of vitamins and minerals to grow a healthy baby - more than women normally need, and especially more folic acid (in the form of folate) and iron. Baby Love™ is designed to address these needs and give expecting mothers their vitamins and minerals, while also doing more to address common pregnancy effects like morning sickness!*
Baby Love™ shares the same foundation as Daily Love, so you'll still be receiving the daily vitamins and minerals you need plus extra vitamins and minerals specifically geared towards mom and baby. Deciding between Daily Love™ or Baby Love™ depends on if you're pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or just had a baby. Talk to your doctor to see which multivitamin makes sense for your health and lifestyle!
In other words, a multivitamin covers the basics. A supplement is the cherry on top. Together, they can help you feel your best overall!
This is caused by Vitamin B complex, but specifically Vitamin B2, known as Riboflavin. B-complex vitamins are water-soluble vitamins and are not stored in the body (unlike other vitamins and minerals), which means they are dissolved in water and are quickly absorbed by your body. Any excess vitamins your body doesn’t need will be eliminated through urine, causing that change in color.
Because water-soluble vitamins are not made or stored in the body, it is important to take them every day for maximum health benefits. So no need to worry! You can continue to take Baby Love™ as directed, and your body will take it from there. You can read more about Vitamin B2 here.
