    What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

    We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

    Will 'Free Shipping for the Holiday Season' apply to my new subscription order or existing subscription?

    No -- subscriptions already come at a special discounted price, and we can't stack discounts & offers. Sorry about that!

    What Shipping Methods Are Available?

    We ship with a few different carriers to keep rates as low as possible and for a speedy delivery!

    *Please note that we do not ship or deliver any orders over the weekend.*

    Currently, our shipping methods are:

    • DHL Ground: Orders placed Monday-Friday should deliver within to 3 business days to most areas

    • USPS: Delivery to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico

    • FedEx 2-Day: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 9am EST ship same day & should deliver within 2 business days. We don't ship or deliver over the weekends!
      • EXAMPLE: If you were to order on a Monday before 9am, delivery with 2 Day Air would be expected by end of day Wednesday.
      • EXAMPLE: If you were to order on a Friday before 9am, delivery with 2 Day Air would be expected by end of day the following Monday.

    • FedEx Next Day Air: Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 9am EST should deliver the next business day. We don't ship or deliver over the weekends!
      • EXAMPLE: If you were to order on a Monday before 9am, delivery with Next Day Air would be expected by end of day Tuesday.

    • DHL Parcel International Direct: DDP to Canada, with duties covered by Love Wellness!

    Do You Ship Internationally?

    We aren't currently shipping Love Wellness products outside of the United States & Canada. Subscribe to our mailing list for updates!

    How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

    Ideally, just a few days! Your order takes about 24 hours to process during the week, and from there anywhere from 2-5 business days or so to deliver -- assuming nothing crazy happens while it's in transit! We don't ship on weekends -- sorry!

    Orders placed before 9am EST Monday-Friday should ship same day. Please an extra business day for processing during high volume times, such as holidays.

     

    Help! My order said it was delivered, but I can't find it anywhere.

    No worries! We'll get you sorted out. We find that most of the time, it was mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mail room/package room, or picked up my someone else in your household. So before you panic, double check those places and with your people, and if you still have trouble just email us! In the event the order doesn't turn up, we can work on a replacement order, but will ask to send it to a different location to avoid any possible issues going forward!

     
    Additional shipping notes:
    • Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.

    • Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), inclement weather, or general carrier delays/issues.

    • Love Wellness is not responsible for any lost packages. Customers should file a claim with their specific carrier if any time of delivery issue occurs.

    • Note: Shipping information cannot be changed or updated once the order has been processed and shipped from our facility. Please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.

     

    Discounts, Returns & Customer Satisfaction

    What products are eligible for discounts?

    All of our products are eligible for discounts, except sale items (like our New You kit, which is already at a special sale price, our Last Chance Kits, Hot Deals products and other sale items) and subscription orders (that automatically come at a discount), as we can't stack discounts -- sorry about that!

    At this time, subscription orders are not eligible for free shipping as part of our Free Shipping for the Holiday Season offering, as we cannot combine or stack offers/discounts.

    What's the Return Policy?

    Due to the nature of our products, only products that haven't been opened and are sealed in their original packaging may be returned for a refund, within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not refunded in the event of the return of a product.

    To start a return, reach out to us and we'll get started on that process!

    If you've tried a product out and are unhappy with it, let us know within 30 days of your date of purchase. 

     

    Do I need an account to place an order?

    Yes, you will need to create an account to place an order. This allows you to track your purchases, earn points and rewards, and gives us a hand on the back-end if we ever need to look into an issue on your behalf.

     

    How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

    Let us know ASAP to make changes to your order. Once your order is placed we cannot guarantee we can make any changes, as orders are typically filled immediately. We will make best efforts to accommodate your request.

     

    How Do I Track My Order?

    Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped, usually with ~24 hours or so of ordering, excluding weekends.

We’ve made boric acid suppositories affordable and accessible for relief of common infections with our NDC-registered product, The Killer. The Killer was formulated by a medical doctor, and is manufactured with pharmaceutical-grade boric acid in our FDA registered facility according to cGMP standards. Our natural cleansers and wipes are formulated by an organic chemist who specializes in creating cosmetics with natural ingredients. We adhere strictly to FDA guidelines, and we test our products on the Love Wellness team, not animals.
