HOW IT WORKS

We got your vagina covered with our Essential Vagina Duo. Our pH Balancing Cleanser is a OB/GYN-approved cleanser gently cleans the vulva (the external genitalia) without disrupting vaginal flora and pH levels. Flora Power  is a vaginal suppository that manages vaginal odor and helps support healthy levels of vaginal bacteria.

DIRECTIONS + TIPS

pH Balancing Cleanser: Apply pH Balancing Cleanser to wet skin in the shower or bath, then gently work into a lather and rinse clean. Can be used every time you wash. 
Flora Power: With clean hands, insert 1 Flora Power™ suppository into your vagina at bedtime daily as needed or for up to 5 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse.

Yes, pH Balancing Cleanser is vegan, is not tested on animals and fragrance-free. Our formula does not contain fragrances (naturally derived or otherwise), since fragrances can cause irritation and disrupt your vaginal flora.
Flora Power™ is not vegan, but it is both gluten-free and dairy-free.

Flora Power™ is a vaginal suppository — not a pill you take by mouth. We know it looks similar, but this will be inserted vaginally. To use: wash your hands well to gently insert Flora Power™ with your fingers into your vagina. It should be inserted a comfortable amount, which should be far enough that it won't have the chance to slip out. There is no need to alter the capsule in any way. Just pop it in — that's it!
