DIRECTIONS + TIPS

Gut Feeling Probiotics: Take 1 capsule daily, no refrigeration required. 
Sparkle Fiber: To avoid discomfort, start by taking 1 capsule daily for 2 days, increase to 2 capsules daily for 2 days, then take 3 capsules daily, the recommended dose. Take with a full glass of liquid. Do not consume this product if you have difficulty swallowing.*

Gut Feelings Probiotics™ is gluten-free. Sparkle Fiber is vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free.
There are 1.4g of fiber in a 3 capsule serving (specifically 0.6g of insoluble fiber and 0.8g of soluble fiber) to create a softer and gentler approach to traditional fiber supplements. Traditional fiber supplements contain upwards of 10g a serving, which can cause the discomfort experienced with these types of products.
While it doesn’t contain any nuts, Sparkle Fiber is made in a facility that processes nuts. Please consult with your doctor to see if Sparkle Fiber is safe for you to take if you have any allergies.
Prebiotic A prebiotic is a form of dietary fiber that feeds your gut bacteria! You can compare the function of a prebiotic to that of a fertilizer for a plant. While your plant may be fine without fertilizer, it grows much healthier with it!     Great for the gut!

    Gut Feelings always is my go to whenever I need to get my stool back in balance. Literally in just 3 days I could tell a difference, I even let my friend who was struggling with stomach issues have some who was back in alignment after 1 week!

    I’ve been using this probiotic for 2 weeks+ now and I feel so much better. I have less cravings, my metabolism has sped up with Love Wellness metabolism. But combined with the probiotic, my hunger is much less and I can eat less to full feel. Extremely amazing product
