DIRECTIONS + TIPS

Big Brain Probiotics: Take 1 capsule daily with or without food, no refrigeration required. 
Sleeping Beauty: Take 1 or 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime. Take as needed for restful sleep.

While it doesn’t contain any nuts, Sleeping Beauty™ is made in a facility that processes nuts. Please check with your doctor to see if Sleeping Beauty™ makes sense for you to take.
Big Brain Probiotics: 1 x daily, with or without food. Can I take more than 1 capsule daily? No need, the recommended dose is 1 x capsule a day. Sleeping Beauty™:Take 1-2 capsules about an hour before bed. Some may take Sleeping Beauty™ every night, where others will only need it from time to time, so you may need to try different dosages until you find what works best for you.
Each full serving of Sleeping Beauty™ (2 capsules) contains a standard dose of melatonin, which is 3mg per serving.

    Love it!

    Just started

    I just started this product so I can't give it 5 stars just yet.. I have only used it twice but so far it seemed to help keep me asleep? I didn't feel groggy or out of it the next morning so that's good.

    After I've used this product longer will give an updated review!

    It works!

    I am a chronic insomniac for any number of reasons, and I’m working on those reasons. I used to take Lunesta, which worked and

    I didn’t find I was dependent on it but either way it’s not a long term solution. Neither is Benadryl or a random OTC melatonin that makes me feel like a zombie. This is the first non-pharmaceutical sleep aid I’ve used that truly helps me fall and stay asleep naturally. I am so grateful. ❤️
