The Killer is a vaginal suppository — not a pill you take orally. We know it looks similar, but this will be inserted vaginally to help balance out vaginal flora.
You'll want to use clean fingers to gently insert it a comfortable amount, which should be far enough that it won't have the chance to slip out. There is no need to alter the capsule in any way. Just pop it in — that's it!
Within a few hours it should start dissolving and getting to work. We recommend using it at bed time so it can be one less thing you have to worry about during the day!
We recommend use of only one suppository every 24-hour period.
We recommend waiting until the end of your period (or almost the end) before beginning to use The Killer. Given that your pH is changing during menstruation, it's possible The Killer won’t be as effective as it could be.
We generally recommend waiting at least 2-3 days before having sex after using The Killer to give your vagina time to reset its pH. If you have sex sooner, you're likely okay as the body absorbs suppositories quite quickly, but you may find yourself needing another run of The Killer if your pH happens to be off-balance.
How long you use The Killer depends on your body and your needs.
You can use The Killer for as little as 1-3 days or for as long as 7-14 days (an entire box). As always, anytime you add anything new to your regimen, we recommend checking in with your doctor/healthcare provider to ensure it makes sense for you, and they can answer any more specific questions you might have!
