The Killer®: DO NOT TAKE ORALLY. With clean hands, insert 1 The Killer®️ suppository into the vagina at bedtime daily as needed or for up to 14 days. You may benefit from using a suppository after sex, or during the last days of your period. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. Avoid sexual intercourse when using this product. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse.
pH Balancing Cleanser™: Apply to wet skin in the shower or bath. Gently work into a lather and rinse clean. Can be used every time you wash.

    • Fiber keeps everything in your digestive tract moving along smoothly, optimizing your overall health. Because fiber isn’t digested by the body, it moves through your intestines as a whole, cleaning out your digestive tract. Recent studies show that fiber feeds our good gut microbes — the ones that keep our entire bodies happy and healthy, since the gut is the home of the immune system!

    This is especially important within our intestines, where the more microbes we have, the thicker the mucus barrier becomes between our bacterial population and our bodies. The benefits of this mucus barrier are twofold: it improves digestion and supports our immune system.

    There are 1.4g of fiber in a 3 capsule serving (specifically 0.6g of insoluble fiber and 0.8g of soluble fiber) to create a softer and gentler approach to traditional fiber supplements. Traditional fiber supplements contain upwards of 10g a serving, which can cause the discomfort experienced with these types of products.

    Bye Bye Bloat is not a laxative.

    The digestive enzymes in our formula promote and support digestion which helps with occasional bloating. Additionally, the organic herbs found in our formula help eliminate excess water weight that can cause bloating.*

    A prebiotic is a form of dietary fiber that feeds your gut bacteria! You can compare the function of a prebiotic to that of a fertilizer for a plant. While your plant may be fine without fertilizer, it grows much healthier with it! Similarly, a prebiotic works to support the probiotics (live bacteria) so that in return the probiotics can best support you!

    A probiotic is a live bacteria or yeast that is good for you, for your digestive system, and for the many microbiomes in and on your body!

    A postbiotic is the result of a probiotic. It is fermented gut bacteria that continues to support your health in its fermented state. Postbiotics support the gut barrier, immunity, and can play a role in healthy weight management.

    Boric Acid is a white powder or colorless crystal that balances bacteria and yeast in the body. Boric acid has been used for over a hundred years for vaginal health support when it comes to keeping one’s vaginal flora balanced. A balanced vaginal flora = a healthy vagina!

    The Killer is a vaginal suppository — not a pill you take by mouth. We know it looks similar, but this will be inserted vaginally. Boric acid, when inserted in the form of a suppository capsule, can help balance out bacteria to support a healthy vaginal environment.

    Wash your hands well to gently insert The Killer with your fingers into your vagina. It should be inserted a comfortable amount, which should be far enough that it won't have the chance to slip out. There is no need to alter the capsule in any way. Just pop it in — that's it! Within a few hours, the capsule will start to dissolve and getting to work. We recommend using it at bed time so it can be one less thing you have to worry about during the day as it can cause discharge.

    We recommend use of only one suppository every 24-hour period.

    While the vagina cleans itself, the vulva does not, which is where pH Balancing Cleanser comes into play.

    For vaginas, it’s all about a balanced diet, female-friendly probiotics, and good personal hygiene that doesn’t include douching, harsh soaps, or chemicals that disrupt vaginal flora.

    As for the vulva, it needs safe and external cleansing to protect the vaginal environment. That’s what’s perfect about the pH Balancing cleanser - it actually maintains good bacteria during cleansing instead of killing it.
