As somebody who struggled with bloating in both my upper and lower belly on a regular (pretty much daily) basis, feeling like crap had become my normal. It was only on days I felt REALLY miserable that I remembered I had a problem. Or the day when someone offered me a seat on the bus because it looked like I was pregnant - but I wasn’t lol.
For my entire life I’ve suffered from pretty severe digestive issues, and with then creates serious anxiety about my digestive issues. Sometimes I feel like I'm completely alone. And because I have endometriosis and tend to get "Endo belly" from all the bloating, it was even worse during my period.
I’ve taken drug-store probiotics, supplements, eliminated certain foods, eaten certain foods, but nothing ever helped me. After a lot of research, I decided to give this product a shot because what did I have to lose? I was very skeptical that this product was just a gimmick with its pretty packaging and cute name. I can now testify that it is NOT the case.
I have been taking Bye Bye Bloat every evening after dinner for a couple of months and I have definitely noticed a positive change in how I feel. But it wasn't until one night when I went to bed WITHOUT taking it that I realized just how much good it was doing. My gas seriously woke me (and my dog) up in the middle of the night and I felt bloated all day at work.
This is the ONLY product I've ever tried that actually helps relieve my awful bloating. Plus, although it isn’t intended, I’ve also noted some regulation with my moods. I still suffer from some anxiety induced bloating but when it comes to digesting actual food - especially after a bad meal, I think these will be seriously helpful.
